About us
ConnectTies is led by Ties van de Voort, assisted by a team of experienced professionals from the recruitment sector. With a background in HR and extensive experience in Recruitment & Headhunting, including a two-year period in Retail at Albert Heijn, Ties brings a wealth of experience. Over the past 11 years he has made his mark at renowned IT Consultancy agencies such as Macaw (where he worked for more than 9 years) and Devoteam (where he spent 2 years).

In his various roles, ranging from Key Account Manager to Business Consultant, Ties has always bridged the gap between the specific challenges of customers and innovative technological solutions in the field of IT, Data and Marketing. He has worked closely with a wide range of professionals, including Developers, Data Engineers & Analysts, Cloud Engineers, Architects, CRM Consultants and Project Managers, to translate customer needs into practical technology solutions.
